We are seeking a skilled Senior Scheduling Professional to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining and delivering ship maintenance schedules that support Defence capability.

  1. Develop and manage service delivery schedules:
  • Integrated maintenance programs
  • Ship Maintenance Availability schedules
Lead planning activities:
  • Target Budget Estimate (TBE) process
Update schedules and track progress:
  • Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders:
  • Internal and external stakeholders
Schedule and support initiatives:
  • Continuous improvement across scheduling and support services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
  • Engineering
  • Supply
  • Governance
  • Operations
Evaluate compliance and reporting:
  • Defence statutory requirements
  • Company standards
Promote a strong safety culture:
  • Secure work environment

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Scheduler: Australian Defence or commercial environment
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling tools: Microsoft Project, Primavera and Open Plan Professional (OPP)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills: Stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Hold an AGSVA Baseline security clearance:
