About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our State Leadership team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers and their wider teams, delivering store operating profit budgets, and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Store Managers and their wider teams
  • Deliver store operating profit budgets and monitor and control store expense lines within agreed budgets
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities and make informed business decisions
  • Recruit and develop the right people for long-term succession
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores and work with the Loss Prevention Manager to control shrinkage
  • Manage team performance and provide ongoing feedback
