Your Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will be dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. You will work towards achieving a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining valuable experience in our centres.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a secure environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Participate actively in the education program in the room and the centre team

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must possess a permanent right to work in Australia, excellent communication skills, good time management, and organisational abilities. You should also be willing to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
