About this Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for coordinating regional deliveries, supporting local installers and glazing teams, and providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be planned and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm installation bookings
  • Prepare documentation for installations
  • Process invoices and installer pays

Requirements:

  • Methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to internal or external customers
  • Pragmatic approach to providing quality customer service
  • Competency using MS Suite
  • Ability to quickly gain competency with our system
  • Data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work calmly & efficiently in a high pressured environment with tight deadlines
