As a Sales Associate in a trade counter setting, you’ll provide expert advice and excellent customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople every day.

Delivering products accurately, efficiently, and with a smile is key to our trading success. Your Day-to-Day:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice and assistance to customers in the trade counter
  • Deliver products to customers using company vehicles, ensuring timely and safe delivery
  • Maintain the shop floor to a high standard of tidiness and safety, and partake in stock control activities

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. What’s most important is your passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
  • You’ll be comfortable operating a computer and learning our systems quickly.
