
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the primary point of contact for homeowners, you will be responsible for ensuring they are informed and supported every step of the way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication with clients
- Managing and updating customer files and documentation
- Providing timely, clear, and professional responses to all enquiries
- Guiding clients through selections, approvals, and milestone updates
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You will also be confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients during their build journey
- Managing and updating customer files and documentation
- Coordinating communications between customers, site supervisors, and internal teams
- Guiding clients through selections, approvals, and milestone updates
- Providing timely, clear, and professional responses to all enquiries
- Ensuring customers enjoy a positive and stress-free experience
