Strategic Asset Manager

This is a key role within an organisation, responsible for managing and maintaining the Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF). This framework outlines the organisation's strategy for asset management.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for operationalising, reviewing and updating the SAMF to ensure it aligns with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives.
  • They will also report on strategic performance and contribute to improved asset performance.
  • Other responsibilities include developing new approaches for collecting, analysing and applying asset data to enhance decision-making.
  • Communicating with internal business units and external stakeholders about the SAMF is also an essential part of this role.
  • The Asset Strategist will align activities across the business with the SAMF and contribute to related strategies, business plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in asset management, business or a related field is desirable.

Remuneration: $108,109 - $116,864 per annum.
