About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our highly successful team as a Junior Buyers Agent/Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and demonstrating initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone who is committed, confident, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous experience in Real Estate is ideal but not essential, as we provide full training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of multiple clients at any one time, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents to identify upcoming opportunities for our clients prior to hitting the market.
  • Sources properties on behalf of clients, utilizing expertise to negotiate the best outcomes.
  • Provides ongoing database management, email, appointment, and diary management, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Liaises with clients, agents, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions from sign-up until settlement.
  • Attends weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and company goals.
Requirements
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/License and driver's license.
  • Immaculately presented and well-groomed, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, driven attitude, and can-do mindset.
