About the Role:

About You:
  • You should be empathetic, patient, and solutions-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to an insured, reliable car are also essential.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • You'll need to be flexible in meeting changing client needs and adapt to new situations.
