The Role of a Claims Analyst.
As a motivated and diligent individual, you will be responsible for processing claims submitted by our dealer network across the region, ensuring their technical and formal correctness and integrity in accordance with published terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing warranty claims and/or pre-approvals according to daily workload.
- Conducting audits for claims assessed and ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Communicating with dealers, assisting with queries and issues raised.
- Participating in discussions with suppliers on failed components to maximise recovery.
- Ensuring all claims are managed efficiently as per targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience Include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- A technical understanding of machinery would be highly regarded.
- Experience in MS Office Suite and SAP.
- A natural investigative ability and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline-driven.
