This is a dynamic and challenging role that focuses on delivering enterprise asset management solutions using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition.
As part of our expanding SAP Capability team, you will join as a manager responsible for managing SAP-related projects, leading a team of senior consultants and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage SAP EAM and SAP EPPM projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Team Coordination: Support and mentor SAP analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Strategic Program Management: Apply SAP Project Systems and EPPM capabilities to oversee complex programs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in SAP EAM, SAP EPPM, and Project Systems, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (version 2021 or later), including Phased Orders and Scheduling.
- Proven track record in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise asset and project management principles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
