  1. Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, incorporating key knowledge, technical skills, non-technical skills, and attitude (KSSA) competencies.
  2. Support Student Progress: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and inspire student pilots to develop critical thinking and threat and error management skills.
  3. Promote a Safety Culture: Encourage a strong safety culture by reporting all safety occurrences promptly and promoting the use of the Safety Management System.

Preferred Qualifications: A Grade 1-2 Flight Instructor with experience working on MAFTC fleet and cross-cultural experience is preferred.
