Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flight Instructor to join our team at Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). This is a critical role in preparing student pilots for real-world mission aviation, operating in some of the most extreme and remote conditions on the planet.

Your Role

As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of aspiring pilots.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to approved syllabi and safety standards, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
  • Using standard techniques and operating procedures to prepare pilots for challenging mission environments, prioritising their safety and competence.
  • Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and inspiring the next generation of mission pilots to reach their full potential.
