Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a contract healthcare recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment services, establishing relationships with candidates and clients, and developing strategies to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing full contract 360 recruitment solutions, business development, and building relationships over the phone and in person. They will be passionate about the world of healthcare recruitment and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Manage the end-to-end contract recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses.
  • Establish proactive, professional, and long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Develop candidate acquisition strategies to maximize attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates.

Responsibilities:
