Job Description

The Business Support Officer will provide administrative assistance and support to the Customer Response team at Caboolture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative assistance to the department.
  • Triage and allocating customer requests.
  • Assisting in the review of departmental processes and resources.
  • Undertaking financial and procurement activities.

About You

We are seeking a highly adaptable Business Support Officer who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. You will have a strong background in providing administrative support and assistance with a sound understanding and knowledge of administration practices and financial procedures.

You will also be able to manage your time and competing priorities, while assisting team members to meet scheduled deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to operate Council's corporate systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
