Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity to gain practical skills and experience in business operations?

About the Traineeship

This traineeship provides a chance to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of business operations, including retail, sales, accounting, finance, legal industry, real estate, marketing, communications, education, and training.

You will be working full-time, 38 hours per week, while studying a Certificate III in Business. During this time, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the workplace with one of our host employers, working in an office environment, typically in a receptionist or office administration position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Providing customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
Requirements

To be eligible for this traineeship, you should:

  • Be able to complete a traineeship
  • Be genuinely seeking a foot in the door within an office environment
  • Be well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
  • Have a positive attitude and be motivated
  • Hold a driver's license and own transport (preferably)

Important Notes

Please note that applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a visa that allows them to work in Australia. If you have completed a Certificate III or higher since leaving school, you may not be eligible for this traineeship.

Schedule and Work Location

The schedule for this traineeship is Monday to Friday, with work location being in person.
