**Job Title:** Senior Clinical LeadAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, helping to ensure that care standards are maintained and that the team is motivated and empowered to provide the best possible care.

As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. This will involve setting high standards, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to achieve your goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, including experience in caring for residents with different health needs. You will also need to have teaching/mentoring/supervision qualifications and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Additionally, you will need to have strong HR skills, a knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.

**Key Requirements:**
  • • Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
