**Night Shift Team Lead Role Description:**

The Facility Filling team is looking for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Night Shift Team Leader. This position requires a strong background in manufacturing and quality processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and training of the team in following standard operating procedures for completing daily and weekly tasks
  • Work with the Operations Coordinator to provide plant access for preventative maintenance and revalidation activities
  • Utilize process and team statistics information to manage daily operations and promote continuous improvement
  • Coordinate team resources for stock levels of consumables and cleanroom garments
  • Provide operational knowledge and support during commissioning and qualification of new equipment and software

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualification in science or engineering, or relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in cGMP manufacturing within a pharmaceutical production environment
  • Technical skills in manufacturing and quality processes
  • Experience working in a busy team environment with diverse team members
  • Demonstrated understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and environmental, health and safety requirements
