What You'll Do:
  • Connect with guests and facilitate event preparations, tending bar, and serving food platters.
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, driving future bookings.
  • Assist with event arrangements to create spaces for guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle general inquiries and create meaningful guest experiences tailored to their requirements.
  • Support the banquets team in operational tasks.
About You:
  • You have an up-to-date RSA certification.
  • You possess relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You hold working rights in Australia.
  • You're enthusiastic about career growth and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
