Our Organisation is a pathbreaking preschool and early childhood education entity with numerous centres operating globally. We are seeking an experienced Professional to work at our centre in Shellharbour, NSW.

The successful candidate will provide support and leadership to colleagues, assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high level of understanding of industry standards and working knowledge of key frameworks.

The candidate will have a completed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), and at least 3 years in a leadership position. They will also have demonstrated ability in leading and mentoring a team of staff, and working in partnerships with families.

As a key member of our team, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and leadership to colleagues
  • Working closely with senior managers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans
  • Identifying the training and development needs of colleagues and working with senior managers to implement relevant training programs
  • Ensuring that all documentation and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Developing strong relationships with children and families at the service
