The role of a Concierge at our retirement resort is to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests. This includes responding to enquiries, managing contractors, and assisting with administrative tasks.

As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your knowledge of the local area and experience in customer-facing roles will be essential in providing outstanding service to our community.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is also required for this role.
