THE ROLE...

Reporting to the State Warehouse Manager, the Inbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and accurate receipting and restocking of the warehouse, playing a crucial role in managing the daily flow of goods coming in.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supervising team members to ensure the performance of our KPIs
  • Training and induction of new team members
  • Providing leadership and peer support to the warehouse leaders and warehouse manager
  • Receiving process, including receipting (Local and Interstate)
  • Stock Replenishment / Stock credit Return
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade products) as well as product specifications, dimensions, variations and applications
