Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in leading technical tax advice and delivering strategic tax advisory services to high-profile clients?

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of tax strategies and structuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

You will also provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements. Additionally, you will manage corporate tax compliance, overseeing income tax returns preparation and review.

We require a candidate with 7+ years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax, ideally in a Big 4 firm or similar environment. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax, are also essential.

As a Corporate Tax Director, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients and contribute to business development initiatives. You will also develop and execute service line strategies, aligning with the firm's broader business goals.
