Corporate Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax professional to lead our team in delivering strategic tax advisory and compliance services to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tax strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements.
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and review of income tax returns.
  • Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to quality control and risk management processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to enhance services and grow personal brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax, preferably gained in a Big 4 firm or similar top-tier professional services environment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax.
