Position Summary:

A Project Support Officer will be accountable for managing their workflow, making decisions within defined parameters related to their area of responsibility and seeking guidance when necessary.

The role requires exercising discretion in interpreting and applying legislation, procedures, and guidelines to work tasks. Additionally, administrative support will be provided based on knowledge of the Project Control function.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sharing information, monitoring work practices, setting priorities, and developing local procedures
  • Supervising and providing leadership to a team, offering coaching and on-the-job training for less experienced team members
  • Communicating with stakeholders and providing advice on moderately complex operational and administrative issues to achieve desired outcomes

About Our Team:

The Cyber Capability Design Directorate is responsible for ensuring representation of capabilities requirements into relevant processes to meet end-state effects aligned with the National Defence Strategy. The team's area of interest encompasses the current cyber environment and emerging technologies.
