Job Overview

This critical role requires a highly effective communicator and proactive coordinator. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the office operates effectively, prioritising tasks and maintaining sustainability.
  • Providing high-level administration, planning, and prioritisation support to senior executives.
  • Collaborating closely with the leadership team and providing quality customer service to directors, associates, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant to a senior executive or chief executive.
  • Experience with board meetings and papers liaison.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship development skills.
