Op Shop Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic team leader to coordinate daily operations, including volunteer management and stock control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing store displays and window displays.

  1. Cordinated daily operations, including volunteer management and stock control.
  2. Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and window displays.
  3. Manage sales targets, customer experiences, and high-level visual merchandising standards.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail, with a flair for visual merchandising. Ideally, you will have experience in cash handling, register operations, and closing procedures, as well as confidence in supervising a team and working independently.
