We require someone to manage loan sets for surgeries, ensuring seamless coordination, shipment, and management. Prior experience in healthcare or warehouse operations is not necessary; we seek candidates with the potential to grow within the company.

This position involves developing and promoting service excellence, building checklists that align with customer needs, and sourcing and booking daily loan set requirements using available inventory.

  • Coordinate loan sets for surgeries
  • Develop checklists that meet customer needs
  • Sources and books loan set requirements
  • Confirm, monitor, and follow up on loan set bookings
  • Pick, ship, and manage loan set returns
  • Liaise with carrier companies
  • Communicate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Track and replenish inventory
