Lead Transformation Change Management Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the transformation change management strategy for our Customer Experience Reimagined (CxR) project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we deliver services to our community.

The successful candidate will guide staff, leaders, and stakeholders through this journey, ensuring a seamless transition to our new enterprise CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the new CRM system">
  • Partner with leaders to foster engagement, minimize resistance, and drive adoption">
  • Ensure staff are supported with the right communications, training, and tools">
  • Embed a customer-first culture and lasting behavioural change across the organization">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain">
  • A proven track record leading change in large, complex projects (CRM or enterprise systems highly regarded)">
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels">
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering training, communications, and change readiness activities">
  • A passion for enabling people to embrace change and continuously improve">
