Retail Operations Manager

City Beach is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. This role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills and experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.
- Manage stock movement to minimize shrinkage and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including setting up promotions and sales displays.
- Work closely with the leadership team to deliver performance objectives and key success indicators.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, researching and describing features and benefits to customers.
- Recommend and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
- Run shifts, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining security.
- Provide effective leadership on days when running a shift.
- Support the leadership team by completing assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail customer service role.
- Supervisory experience within retail or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to provide excellent service.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and personable approach with customers.
