We are seeking a qualified advocate with 2+ years of experience to specialise in First Nations and native title claim work, advising Indigenous corporations and clients on discrete legal issues.
The successful applicant will have expertise in treaty development and litigation, including preparing advice on key legal matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evidence preparation with experts and community members
- Preparing advice on treaty development
- Establishing relationships with new clients
- Conducting litigation as required
