Job Description

As a Toll Facilities Market Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our local areas in identifying and developing projects and programs where we can provide our professional services to toll facility clients.

Toll facility clients include agencies and authorities that own, operate, and maintain roads, bridges, and tunnels that charge fees to users who travel on their facilities.

  • We offer Planning and Design services including roadway, bridge, tunnel, transport hydraulic, and geotechnical services.
  • Our Mobility and Operational Technology services include ATST, ITS, CAV, tolling system development, managed lanes, ZEM, and OT cybersecurity.
  • Advisory services include asset management, ROW, value engineering, funding, and finance.
  • Building and facility design is also one of our specialties.

You will work with area business development leaders and business group managers to develop and share knowledge of trends and drivers within the toll market.

Additionally, you will support areas in the identification, pursuit, and delivery of area toll facility client opportunities where we can compete and deliver professional services.

Support areas in researching toll facility clients in their markets and help develop client relationships that include local area teams and market sector teams.

Lastly, you will support TBG region directors in evaluating and prioritizing toll facility client investments and opportunities across their regions and the business group as the program expands.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering, and planning services.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with area market sector directors, market sector directors, business class directors, regional business group directors, area business group managers, area marketing managers, and area managers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to HDR values.
