Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to create innovative business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge dashboards that provide commercial leaders with actionable insights to manage teams, achieve key performance indicators, and drive revenue growth.
You will assess whether to refine existing dashboards or rebuild them from the ground up, making your expertise central to the project's success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements
- Build, optimize, and deploy interactive visualizations that drive user engagement
- Develop robust data models, advanced DAX calculations, and scalable reporting solutions that improve decision-making
- Evaluate performance efficiency with large datasets and make recommendations for improvement
- Connect to diverse data sources and ensure seamless data integration
- Maintain compliance with global data governance and security standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver dashboards that support insight-led decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience with a strong track record of delivering results
- Deep understanding of Power BI Service including deployment pipelines, app publishing, dataflows, refresh scheduling, and usage monitoring
- Business acumen, preferably with sales or account management exposure, and excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to deliver insight-led outcomes that drive business growth
