About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Graduate with Bupa, you will embark on a comprehensive program designed to support your growth and development as a healthcare professional. Our 12-month program includes four, 3-month long placements covering Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person, Complex Health Care Needs, Caring for residents living with dementia, and Leadership.

The role involves working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career progression beyond the Graduate year. You will be part of a global organisation committed to enhancing person-first model of care into the future.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annumAbout Us
