Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Trade Store Support Team as a Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will lead the coordination and on-site supervision of trade store refurbishments, new store fit-outs, relocations, signage upgrades, and store relays while ensuring minimal disruption to customers and store staff.

This role requires strong project coordination or management experience in retail, hardware/trade, or hospitality environments, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and travel regularly for extended periods during project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise multiple store refurbishment, fit-out, relocation, and closure projects from planning through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of contact and record keeping for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
