We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at an Northern QLD hospital.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive work environment.
This is a short-term contract position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and Vital Sign monitoring;
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments;
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Relevant experience in a hospital setting, preferably in critical care or emergency medicine;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
