About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technical Service Specialist to join our NSW team.

This role involves providing exceptional service and support to our valued customer base by installing and maintaining Color and B&W print equipment, ancillary products, and associated software solutions.

As a key member of the NSW Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of technicians, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Prior experience in the industry is highly desirable but not essential if you have a similar background and a passion for hands-on technical work with opportunities for learning and growth.

  • A strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, combined with a professional approach and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • A keen desire to learn and adapt new skills within a dynamic environment that values continuous employee development.
  • A mechanical/electrical aptitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond expectations.
  • The ability to work autonomously while maintaining open communication with your team to ensure a smooth workload.

Essential Requirements

This role demands:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or relevant network, IT, and technical knowledge/understanding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and Working with Children Check.
  • Current Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available).
