About the Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance to staff members across various departments;
  • Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to resolve IT-related issues;
  • Managing incident and service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices;
  • Performing tasks such as hardware deployment, software installation, and troubleshooting;

Key Responsibilities

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure;
  • Providing timely resolution to IT-related issues;
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge articles in Confluence;
  • Coordinating with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements;
