
Regional Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Psychologist to join our team. As a Regional Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities across regional Australia.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and a passion for working with diverse populations. You will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients in regional areas, including assessments, interventions, and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful applicant will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology;
- Registration as a General Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- At least two years of post-graduate experience in clinical psychology; and
- Experience working in a regional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients in regional areas;
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and support for clients;
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients;
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology;
- Registration as a General Psychologist with AHPRA;
