Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Manage the restaurant floor, including table assignments, seating, and service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and address customer complaints and feedback
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and spirits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Full working rights in Australia
