Nestled in the heart of Hobart, you will find the Henry Jones Art Hotel, a luxury collection that combines premium accommodation with immersive experiences. Throughout the hotel, you'll find engaging pieces of history, art, and stories that connect our guests to the beautiful state of Tasmania.

Landscape Restaurant and Grill creates unforgettable dining experiences in the heart of Hobart's waterfront precinct. Our love for the exquisite produce of our island home has inspired our goal: to constantly push the benchmark for premium dining in Tasmania. Adding to the unique quality of our dishes is the unrivalled environment in which they're served – the historic walls of the IXL jam factory, surrounded by the iconic art of John Glover.

Our Team prides themselves on their ongoing commitment towards achieving our goal. As a result, our team has achieved many highlights in their young career, including Australian Gourmet Traveller's Top 100 restaurants, and most recently awarded, 'Restaurant of the Year' and 'Best Restaurant in a hotel'.

What You Can Expect

Working at Landscape Restaurant, you'll be experienced in providing premium table restaurant service with passion to delight our guests in the stories, art, and food of our stunning venue. Working as part of a passionate team, you'll be comfortable to take on whichever tasks require your attention to ensure the best guest experience possible.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role in a premium venue,
• A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry,
• The ability to work with others and build positive working relationships,
• A flexible and reliable approach to your working roster across a 7-day week and late into the night rotation,
• Hold a valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
