As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Key to success in this role is your passion for beauty and ability to build strong connections with clients. You will inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations, deliver personalized service to achieve commercial objectives, and empower them to look and feel their best.

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our luxury beauty products, including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
  • Provide tailored advice and guidance to clients on product selection and usage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the store remains competitive and relevant.

Our ideal candidate will have completed or be working towards a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
