We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving sales results.

As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of premium brands, including CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Oakley, D&G, Burberry and more. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and ensuring that our store is presented to the highest standard.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, fun and ready to learn and grow. If you have a passion for luxury eyewear and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to provide recommendations to customers
  • Ensure that the store is presented to the highest standard at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
