Senior Mandarin Service Delivery Manager

This is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding and supervising a team of Team Leaders to ensure client service agreements and financial goals are met.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and maintain all client service agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
- Maximize revenue growth to achieve long-term and short-term financial objectives
- Select, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and their associates
- Manage and review operational reports
- Foster and maximize relationships with client partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
Candidate Profile: Associate's Degree in a related field with more than seven years of experience (with at least two years of progressive management experience) preferred. Call center experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans that maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
