Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

  • Creating engaging play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities, encouraging exploration and discovery.
  • Accurately documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes, informing curriculum planning and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Children Services (essential) or relevant qualifications, with previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
  • A strong work history demonstrating recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF principles, ensuring high-quality education and care practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, families, and community members.
