Senior Event Manager

This dynamic and engaging role involves overseeing private functions, social events, and other activities at a popular venue. We are seeking a driven Event Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Direct a team of event coordinators and staff to ensure seamless execution of events
- Conceive innovative ideas and events to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and other stakeholders to guarantee successful event outcomes
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak service periods, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience as an Event Manager or leader is essential
- Ability to think creatively and develop novel solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Current RSA certification is required
