About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the technical delivery of automation projects, drive intelligent customer experiences, and integrate Martech platforms seamlessly. This opportunity is perfect for someone who can translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your expertise in automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze to drive project success
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to scope and deliver new Martech solutions and enhancements
  • Developing and refining audience and data strategies to boost customer engagement
  • Evaluating and optimizing automation platforms and dataflows for maximum efficiency
  • Managing reporting and optimization initiatives to enhance ROI
  • Fostering a high-performing team through leadership and development
About You and Your Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced automation leader with a strong technical foundation and exceptional communication skills. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience working with automation platforms
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, web services, and client-side languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proven track record of leading CRM integration and implementation projects
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on building and engaging teams
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting across audiences from technical to executive
