Job Opportunity for a Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated care coordinator to manage the delivery of care services to our clients.

As a care coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a client load of 30-40 clients, providing nursing support to our clients, advocating for their needs, and being a leader within our organization.

Key qualifications include a Cert III/Cert IV in Aged/Disability Care, Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration, or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with current AHPRA registration. Additionally, experience in aged care/disability/mental health settings is required.

Benefits of this role include a competitive salary between $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience and qualifications, periodic performance bonuses, company phone and laptop, use of a company car for work-related travel, and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
