Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster imagination, curiosity, and inclusive practices for young learners.
  • Mentor teachers through the National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program to support professional development.
  • Collaborate with NLRDP Pedagogy Partners and participate in monthly online network meetings with colleagues.
  • Utilise NLRDP resources and training to support documentation, wellbeing, culture, sustainability, the arts, and inclusion.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment and adhere to child safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • ACECQA-approved teaching qualification.
  • Current Teacher's Registration (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working with Children Check (state relevant).
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
