About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional early learning programs and activities that foster a love for learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events, and communications. You will work closely with internal and external teams to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning.

About the Job

This role offers a range of exciting challenges and opportunities for growth and development. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of children and staff
  • Maintaining documents and records in accordance with centre policies and licensing regulations
  • Assisting the centre to keep the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) active and updated

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including above award wages, reward and recognition programs, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Centre Manager, preferably in a similar setting. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A sound understanding of Microsoft packages, QIKKIDS, and Time Target systems is also essential.
